A Special Membership Meeting
A Special Membership Meeting for museum members is scheduled for Monday, September 27, at 7:00PM online, via Google Meet. All members are invited to attend. Here is the link to join. Please copy and paste into your browser, or click on the link.
Due to COVID restrictions, the museum was not able to host on-site Annual Membership Meetings which are typically held in June. Last year, we imparted the financial report as well as a year review in the newsletter. To safely inform our members about museum business and activities of the past and present fiscal years, the online format will be used for the meeting on 9/27.
The agenda for this all-member meeting follows:
·Presentation of treasurer’s report for fiscal year 2020-2021.
·Introduction of SHS board members.
·Sharing the highlights of fiscal year 2020-2021.
·Presentation of plans for fiscal year 2021-2022.
We encourage all members to attend this meeting. Members who do attend will gain a general overview of the SHS – including activities and financial status, the opportunity for direct feedback with the SHS Board of Directors, and a greater involvement with the SHS.
