While construction was going on, volunteers were looking though boxes, metal shelves and the museum at Murphy Park identifying and organizing artifacts to go into the new building.
September 30, 2006 — Formal ground-breaking ceremony on-site
March 26, 2007 — With demolition permit in hand, the team watches as the small storage building was demolished
April 2, 2007 — The entire site cleared
