Despite torrential rains on the evening of October 13, we had a good turnout for the Speaker Night with Kevin Swartz from Atria Real Estate, the #1 sellers of Eichler Homes in SIlicon Valley. Kevin referenced the main design elements of a typical Eichler home, talked about Joseph Eichler and the history of Eichler tracts, as well as their importance for the Sunnyvale cityscape. He pointed out the various Eichler neighborhoods in the city and highlighted some “before and after” images of renovations made to Eichler homes.
