November 15, 2015 – Craft Fair

2015 Craft Fair Lace ClassThe Polish hedgehog (jeżyk) craft making class held at the museum last year was so popular that we decided to do it again, this time offering two classes—the Polish hedgehog class and a “Make and Take” activity taught by the Sunnyvale Lace Museum.  Click Here for more photos.

October 13, 2015 – General Meeting

Mary Jo IgnoffoMary Jo Ignoffo gave a presentation about oral histories.  She provided many thought provoking antidotes about getting and preserving information. The presentation was followed by a Q&A session and then a door prize drawing. February 9, 2015 – General Meeting

Our February General Meeting speaker was Mark Hylkema, who has 33 years of experience teaching archeology and Native American culture. He gave a great presentation on Excavating the Castroville Mammoths (click on link to see the flyer) that was attended by a packed house!
